01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on a6win. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, allow up to one hour before contacting support. 06 Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus comes with specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds — which are clearly stated on the bonus offer page before you claim it.

Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, placing bets that artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or using bonus funds in ways that circumvent the intended spirit of the offer — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds; wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only — one per person, per household, and per device.

• Accumulator bets require all legs to settle as winners for a payout. One void leg reduces the accumulator, not voids it entirely, unless stated otherwise.

08 Fish Games & Bingo

Bingo rooms display ticket prices and prize pools before you join a game. By entering any room, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game.

• In the event of a technical disconnection during an active fish game or bingo round, a6win's system logs are used to determine the outcome. The platform's records are considered definitive.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to defraud the platform through bonus abuse, chargebacks, or collusion.

• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If your account is suspended for investigation, your balance will be held during the review period. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, any balance derived from the breach may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, your account will be reinstated and your balance returned.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and your remaining balance will be returned via your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been settled.

12 Intellectual Property

• a6win is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime during which you were unable to place, modify, or cash out a bet.

• Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you have deposited and not yet withdrawn or wagered.
